All payment transactions through our site are secured. The information you provide us is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

If I place my order right now will it ship out today? 

Orders placed by 11 am PST (M-F) are usually shipped the same day that they are placed. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next day.

Do you offer EXPEDITED shipping? 

Yes, Nutri-Q USA offers expedited shipping at an extra cost.

Do you ship outside the US? 

Currently, we only ship to US addresses and US territories. We will give updates if we already are able to do International Shipping.

What type of shipping services do you use? 

Our shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express.

Where can I track my order? 

You can track your order by logging in to your Nutri-Q USA’s My Account.  

How can I view my order history? 

You can view your order history through Nutri-Q USA’s My Account. Log into My Account and select Order History. 

Can I cancel my order? 

Generally, we ship orders within 24 hours after they are placed. If cancellation is made after the order was shipped, return procedures will need to be followed upon receiving your order. Once the merchandise is returned to Nutri-Q USA, we will issue a refund. 

I never received my order. 

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time of 4-5 business days. If your order has not arrived within that time frame, feel free to contact us so we can take necessary actions.

What is your return policy? 

For first time buyers:

We don’t require the return of the bottles for first purchases and we won't make you jump through hoops to get your money back if our products are not right for you. It’s that simple, and it’s part of our 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

For repeat buyers:

We only accept returns on unopened items, 30 days from the original purchase date. Any newly packaged, unopened product may be returned. A refund for the order amount minus the shipping charge will be given upon return of items.

Please email us at cs@nutriqusa.com to obtain return authorization before returning any product. Please include your Nutri-Q USA Order number ready when you send us the email.

We recommend sending returns to us in a secure box and by USPS priority mail receipt for your protection. A copy of your packing slip in the box and your issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the copy of your packing slip will expedite the processing of the refund, which generally takes 48-72 hours upon receipt of the return.

How to Return Items?


Option 1: Request a postage-paid return label.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return with a prepaid label. We will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. Return tracking information will be available online once the package has been scanned with the carrier. You will receive an e-mail once your return is processed and the refund is issued.

Before sealing your package please make sure to include a copy of the invoice or email confirmation.

Affix the printed return label to the outside of your box.

For USPS Labels – leave your package where you normally leave outgoing mail or take it to your local post office.

For FedEx Labels – please bring the package to your nearest FedEx or Kinko’s

To receive a prepaid label please request one when calling for an RMA number.

Option 2: Pay the return postage yourself.

The package can be taken to a postal carrier of your choosing and mailed to the following address:

What are my payment options?

Nutri-Q USA accepts credit and debit cards. Cards currently accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept Paypal as a payment method.

Why was I double charged?

This process is for verification purposes. When placing your order, your credit/debit card will be Authorized to verify your identity and for your security. Due to this verification process, your financial institution may hold funds in the amount of the order or more (up to double the amount) depending upon their policies. The difference of the transaction amount will be returned to your credit card at their discretion and after the actual transaction is done (usually 1-5 business days).

Coupons / Promotions

Can I redeem more than one coupon/promotion offer?

You can only use one coupon or special offer per order transaction. Coupons or promotional offers can not be combined. Coupons are transferable but are not redeemable for cash or credit.

Where do I find the coupon code on the newsletter?

Scroll down near the bottom of the newsletter. It is usually a combination of letters and characters that need to be entered exactly as it is displayed in the text field to receive the discount.

How can I sign up for coupons?
